2 lbs Ground Venison burger 1/4 cup butter 2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans 2 (8 ounce cans) diced tomatoes 3 tbs chili powder 1/2 cayenne pepper 1 1/2 cups of water 2 cloves garlic, died 1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup salsa sauce Saute venison in butter till brown. Drain venison. Transfer to large pot. Add all ingredients to venison and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add water if sauce is too thick. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
