Fast, Fun, Easy
Make 3-4 cans at one time
Tip- Allow rinsed chickpeas to dry on a cookie sheet for 1-2 hours before starting
Step 1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium size bowl- coat chickpeas with olive oil to allow seasoning to stick
Seasoning- one packet of Taco Seasoning- any brand will work
Sprinkle seasoning over oil coated chickpeas, and toss to evenly coat
Spread evenly on baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min- stirring occasionally. The chickpeas will be a nice golden brown once complete.
Store in an airtight container.
Use on salads, or each by themselves. A terrific protein packed snack that will keep your energy up!
