What you will need:
2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Cup of Milk
1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper or Black Pepper (More or Less to Taste)
Vegetable Oil (for frying)
**Ranch or Hot Sauce for Dipping**
Drain pickles and blot with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Cayenne pepper or black pepper depending on your preference.
Separate mix into two bowls.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs and milk. Mix well.
Dip each pickle chip in flour, the egg, the flour mixture.
In a skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees. Depending on your skillet size, add a few pickles at a time. Fry approximately 3 minutes turning once. Fry until a light golden brown.
Drain fried pickles on a plate lined with paper towels.
