This is a great breakfast smoothie, and is very satisfying. You can add 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds or 1 tbsp. of protein powder if desired for additional benefits. If you do add these please add an additional 1/3 cup milk to keep smooth.
- 1 small banana
- ½ c. milk
- 1 tsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 ice cubes
- In blender, combine banana, milk, peanut butter, and ice cubes; blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Makes approx 1 1/2 cups.
